Test Preparation
We are well-known for our test preparation programs. We will work within your timeframe to prepare for a test.
Our battery of comparative exams will help us decide which standardized tests will highlight your child’s strengths. Required diagnostic testing must be completed in order for the development and subsequent implementation of a comprehensive study plan.
A personal schedule for studying and test taking will help avoid that overwhelming last-minute stress that some high school students experience. These are some common questions or concerns:
- How to be certain about a guessing strategy
- Which calculator to bring
- How to know when to leave questions unanswered
Services are available on a one-on-one basis as each student has his or her own strengths and weaknesses.
High School Selection and Admissions Advisory
Great placements don’t happen by chance. Your local school system may have programs that you are not aware of. Both public and private school students have many alternatives on many different levels.
Plan ahead and find out how you can navigate the screening process. Charter schools and private schools each have specific and different admissions processes. If you need help along the way, we’re here for you.
College/University
Selection, Admissions Advisory and Academic Support
A college degree has never been more important. Our support for the college student and the college-bound high school student begins with a personal meeting. You can tell us your hopes and concerns. We’ll help you highlight the aspects of your education that make a difference in admissions. We know which schools will be ‘reach-schools’ for you and where you will be on more solid footing.
But our services don’t end when a student is admitted. We work to prepare you to hit the ground running. Then we remain on-call to provide the guidance services that some campuses lack. If you need to take time off for any reason, we’ll help you recover with the least disruption. To put it plainly, we won’t let you fall through the cracks before, during or after you’ve been admitted to college.
